I’m preparing my furnished Berkeley home for a year-long rental and looking for 1–2 good people to help over the next few weeks. Projects may include: • organizing and decluttering • moving/light lifting • outdoor cleanup • touch-up painting and simple handyman tasks You do not need to be a professional — just responsible, capable, organized, and willing to work hard. This could be a nice fit for a neighbor, student, or someone who enjoys helping bring a home and space to life. Flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay depending on experience.
